Delivery Information

Pre-Order Items (Stated In Description Of Product)

• Our pre-order pieces are crafted especially for you.

• Please allow 2 weeks for delivery (Delays do occur which is out of our control but doesn’t happen regularly) 

• You will receive an estimated dispatch date once your order has been confirmed.

In-Stock / Immediate Dispatch Items CATEGORY ONLY

• Items available in stock are dispatched same day or next business day after purchase.

• You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping & Handling

• All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your coat arrives in perfect condition.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

At FUREVER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

UK Online Orders – Returns

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at Fureveruk1@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, the item must be returned to us within 14 days.

Items must be returned:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With all original tags attached
• With the original packaging where applicable
• In a condition suitable for resale

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Where applicable, the cost of standard delivery will be refunded. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your item rather than receive a refund, we are happy to offer an exchange where the requested item is available.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at Fureveruk1@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
